(1) Toyo Kohan franchise product series:
The product of this series is made by the aluminum material imported from Toyo Kohan,the famous enterprise in Japan,and assembled by us (the sole assembler)。The aluminum material of Toyo Kohan is franchise worldwide.The customer can order this product made by aluminum material for Toyo Kohan and assembled by us .The products have the following characteristic:
1.work at the low pressure valve working pressure of the vent is fixed by the two factors.1)Thickness of the foil and 2)Diameter of the hole.Therefore ,Our vent can control its working valve and can achieve very low pressure valve(7Kg/cm2).It is a big advantage against press scored vent.
2.stability of working pressure valve(±2.5 Kg/cm2) Our manufactureing process is completely different from press scored type.we can manage ±2.5 Kg/cm2 of tolerance of the working pressure value.( press scored type ±5 Kg/cm2).
3.withstand against impact, We use a soft Al Foil with a little slack for the safety vent.It can withstand against impact,like drop test.
4.big hole can release inner pressure faster, Safety vent must release inner pressure quickly when it works.we consider this point in designing and make the area of the vent bigger.

This series is franchise which developed by our own resources.The product is included the specifications on rustless steel,by the simple design and the high technology on craft,which can be filled the blank area of this product in China.
